If you're on Lite/Lite Custom Plan: We're unable to reset your password because your log in credentials are synced directly with your connected CRM. For security reasons, we do not store or manage your password. To reset your password, please go through your CRM provider's password recovery process or contact your CRM admin.
If you're on Classic/Enterprise Plan: You can reset your password in two ways:
1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the app login screen and we'll send you an email with instruction to reset your password.
2. Or, reach out to the Hey DAN Support Team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Make sure the Contact or Account name exists in your CRM. If we can’t find a match, the note won’t be logged directly to your CRM. We automatically email the note to you as a fallback so try never lose your input.
To avoid this is the future, double-check your contact and account names before submitting.
